What to bring

We recommend that you bring along a change of clothes for your yoga session that allows freedom of movement.  If you are unable to change for your session, our classes can be tailored to suit your staff and uniforms.

Meditation sessions do not need any change of clothing.  Ideally if you can bring along a yoga mat that will be helpful however let Holly know if you need one for your class and she might be able to provide one for you.
