Join our 10 week program and learn how to manage your stress levels for exams.
Teens have so many pressures at the moment with Social media, social lives, social pressures, school work, exams, work, parents, and HORMONES plus all the extra in-between.
Yoga teaches us more than getting into strange positions, we look at ways to manage our stress levels, improving focus and having fun in a place where we let go of judgments of ourselves and everyone else around us.
If you are between 13 & 19 join us on the mat every Wednesday Afternoon after school! Relax and unwind a perfect mid-week booster!
