Join me, Holly, from Deep Breath Yoga and Rebecca from Fine Feather Naturopathy for our 8-week program to help you gain better sleep and more energy! Our program will take you through yoga, meditation, and nutrition practices to find yourself in a better sleep pattern. We are here to share our best tips and tricks to help you gain better sleep and more vitality.

I believe we have 3 groups at the moment; those who have gone from being busy and moving here, there and everywhere, to suddenly becoming still and out of work, with not much to do but potter around the house.

Then you have those that are essential workers, with a workload that has either increased or become more stressful due to heightened anxiety amongst the community with new rules and restrictions.

And finally, there is a group where life hasn’t changed too much, perhaps having the ability to work at home or even your workday is as per normal. Yet, they still feel the fear and anxiety around the unknown.

Wherever you sit, you may be experiencing disturbed and poor sleep. You may not be able to get to sleep, stay asleep, have intense dreams or never wake refreshed.

If this sounds like you – are you ready to fall asleep quicker, not wake as frequently or even just feel rested after a good night’s sleep and wake up feeling energised?

Join us from the 1st June 2020 to start on this journey!

We will have a private Facebook group to regularly update you with resources and our tips and tricks, plus a weekly 1hr Facebook Live talking about a new topic each week related to sleep.

Every week we will have a new topic, relevant information, and some tips or tricks to help you get on track. There will be a weekly check-in to see how you are travelling, knowing that it can take time to implement new habits and routines in our lives.
