At the Beginners Hatha Yoga course each week we will focus on alignments, variations, breathing techniques, philosophy and much more.
By having a regular practice you can really reap the benefits of Yoga you will become more focused, have the ability to deal with stressful situations, decrease anxiety, improve your concentration, build confidence and just feel all round AWESOME!
